Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Accelerate AI marketing site or any content we make available through it (including downloaded whitepapers and briefs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility
The site is intended for an enterprise audience. You must be at least 16 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Permitted use
You may browse the site and download materials we publish (whitepapers, briefs) for your own internal business or research use. You may not republish, resell, or use our materials to train third-party models without prior written permission. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities outside any disclosed program, or scrape it at a rate that affects availability for others.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, graphics, the AI-Q name and marks, and downloadable materials — is owned by Accelerate AI or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download materials for the permitted uses described above. All other rights are reserved.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that content is accurate, current, or error-free. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, or compliance advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accelerate AI and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or its content. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Accelerate AI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Specific jurisdiction and venue to be confirmed by counsel before public launch.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. The sections covering intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
