Privacy Policy

Overview

Accelerate AI ("we", "us") operates the accelerateai.io marketing site and the AI-Q enablement platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, subscribe to our newsletter, contact our team, or request a whitepaper, and how we handle that information.

What we collect

• Newsletter subscriptions: email address, optional name, the topic tags you select, and the page that the form was submitted from.
• Contact form submissions: name, work email, company, persona, intended inquiry, company size, message content, and the page you submitted from.
• Whitepaper request submissions: name, email, optional company and message, and persona, plus the access-token id we issue to deliver the download link by email.
• Server logs: standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for security, abuse-prevention, and debugging.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies to measure aggregate traffic patterns. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
• Email engagement: when we send you transactional or broadcast email through Resend, Resend reports delivery, open, click, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events back to us via webhook.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to respond to your inquiries, send the content you have explicitly asked for (newsletter editions, requested whitepapers, follow-ups to contact submissions), measure how our content performs in aggregate, and prevent abuse of our forms.

Who we share data with

• Resend — our email service provider. Receives recipient email addresses and message content for newsletter, whitepaper, and contact-form emails.
• Google Analytics — receives anonymized usage signals about page visits and events.
• Replit — our infrastructure provider, which hosts the application and the database that stores submission records.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share submission contents with any third party for advertising purposes.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or similar regulations apply, our legal basis for processing is consent for newsletter subscriptions and analytics cookies, and legitimate interest for responding to contact-form and whitepaper requests, security logging, and abuse prevention.

Data retention

• Newsletter subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe (via the one-click link in every email or by emailing us). Email-engagement event records for unsubscribed addresses are pruned periodically.
• Contact form and whitepaper request submissions are retained indefinitely unless an admin deletes them. You can request deletion at any time.
• Server logs are retained for a short rolling window for security and debugging.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, request a copy in a portable format, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@accelerateai.io. We respond manually within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small set of strictly-necessary cookies for our session and authentication flows on admin pages. These are always on because the site cannot function without them.

We also use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic, which sets first-party cookies in your browser. Visitors from the EU, EEA, and UK are shown a consent banner on first visit and Google Analytics is only loaded after you click "Accept analytics". If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. If you withdraw consent after previously accepting, we instruct Google Analytics to stop storing analytics cookies and we stop sending pageviews and events for the rest of the session; the GA script that was already loaded in that session will be removed on your next page reload, and you can also clear this site's data in your browser at any time.

We also honor browser-level privacy signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal or has Do Not Track (DNT) enabled, we automatically treat you as having declined analytics: Google Analytics is never loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and we do not show you the consent banner. This applies to all visitors regardless of location and takes precedence over any prior choice made in the banner.

Children's data

The site is intended for an enterprise audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our infrastructure and email provider operate from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the site you consent to this transfer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter.
